<\/p>- Plan, coordinate, lead, and supervise\n inspection, testing, repair, pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and\n maintenance activities for cranes, rotating, static and auxiliary\n equipment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Develop and implement preventive and\n predictive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and\n minimize downtime.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Manage workshop operations, workload, and\n resources (personnel, tools, equipment, spares, consumables, and\n documentation).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, QHSE\n policies, and industry best practices in all maintenance operations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Troubleshoot technical faults and coordinate\n corrective actions to restore equipment functionality.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Client & Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Support Business Development, Tendering, and\n SCM teams with technical input for bids, tenders, and client\n requirements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Participate in client inspections, audits, and\n acceptance tests for equipment maintenance projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Build trust with clients by ensuring timely\n delivery of high\-quality IRM services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Provide technical reports and recommendations\n to clients and management on equipment condition, risks, and lifecycle\n planning.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Reporting & Documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Maintain accurate records of maintenance\n activities, equipment history, and resource utilization.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Generate periodic reports on equipment\n reliability, workshop performance, and project outcomes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards\n and certification requirements for cranes and lifting equipment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Contribute to continuous improvement\n initiatives, including process optimization and cost reduction.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Resource & Team Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assign tasks,\n monitor performance, and provide guidance to technicians and contractors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\n compliance with safety standards, delivering toolbox talks and safety\n briefings.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical\n Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Associate Degree in Automotive\n Technology or Electrical Engineering Technology may be acceptable with\n extensive experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Relevant technical certifications\n (CMRP, CMM, CPMM, OSHA Safety Certificate, Crane/Lifting IRM certifications).<\/span><\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- 7\-10 years of experience in equipment\n maintenance, inspection, repair, and management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong background in cranes and heavy\n equipment IRM operations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven track record of project delivery,\n workshop supervision, and team leadership.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in oil & gas servicing\n companies preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/div> Knowledge & Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Expert\n knowledge in Electrical System Diagnostics &\n Repairs and Instrumentation & Control Systems.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong\n analytical and problem\-solving ability, with attention to detail.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency\n with maintenance tools and electrical testing equipment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability\n to work with minimal supervision and strong team\n collaboration skills.<\/span>
