Equipment Operations Coordinator

The role focuses on backend operational support\nand ensuring smooth coordination between operations, billing, and customers.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
  • Oversee daily operations of\n the Cranes & Manlifts division.<\/span>

  • Monitor operational\n dashboards and ensure accurate reporting.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate crane and manlift\n deployment as per site requirements.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure timely ERP work order\n updates.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Handle trip sheet opening\n and closing activities.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Update operator log sheets\n and maintain operational records.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Process fixed advances,\n travel advances, and site allowances.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Update attendance records\n and operational drives.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Track HMR/KMR readings and\n maintain records.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate daily reporting\n and dashboard updates.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follow up on customer log\n sheets, approvals, and invoice\-related documentation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Send customer\-signed log\n sheets to the Billing Department.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follow up for early\n invoicing, draft invoices, summaries, and payment collections.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate customer documentation\n and operational follow\-ups.<\/span>
