Job Summary

Drive production efficiency by optimizing product flow, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teams to resolve operational issues in a 12-hour rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize product flow and monitor inventory levels to maximize production efficiency and reduce downtime
• Perform equipment monitoring, respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and conduct routine maintenance while maintaining accurate machine logs and escalating issues promptly
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges, troubleshoot RPA and scheduling systems, and implement process improvements
• Maintain workplace safety and product quality by ensuring proper material handling, reporting hazards, and optimizing AGV loading and auto-staging processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts

• Working Hours: 8.30am–9pm OR 8.30pm–9am
• Salary: $2100–$2700
