Investment Research & Analysis<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct in\-depth fundamental research on\nequities, sectors, and markets, including analysis of financial statements,\nbusiness models, valuation metrics, and macroeconomic indicators.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare financial models, forecasts, and\ninvestment notes to support fund managers in portfolio construction and\ninvestment decisions.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor equity markets and sectors to identify\npotential investment ideas and flag them to senior team members
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track company developments, earnings\nannouncements, corporate actions, and industry trends.
<\/p>
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Interact with company management, sell\-side\nanalysts, and other market participants to gather insights on business\nperformance and investment potential.

Equity Dealing & Trade Execution<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute equity trades efficiently and accurately\nin line with approved investment strategies, IRDAI regulations, and internal\npolicies.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure timely placement, modification, and\nexecution of orders while achieving best execution standards.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate closely with fund managers to align\ntrade execution with portfolio objectives and market conditions.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain strong working relationships with\nbrokers and counterparties to ensure access to liquidity and market\nintelligence.
<\/p>
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor trade confirmations, settlements, and\npost\-trade processes in coordination with mid\-office and back\-office teams.

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with IRDAI investment guidelines and\nregulatory frameworks (added advantage).

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in financial tools and platforms\nsuch as Bloomberg, Excel, and trading systems.

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>High level of analytical rigour with the ability\nto synthesize research into actionable investment insights.

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\nto work effectively with fund managers, brokers, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience/Requirements<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 <\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance,\nEconomics, Accounting, or a related field.
<\/div>
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span>Pursuing /\ncompleted professional qualifications such as CFA / MBA / FRM will be an\nadvantage
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span>Upto\n5 <\/span>years of relevant experience in equity\nresearch, investment analysis, equity dealing
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span>Experience\nwithin insurance sector or other regulated financial institutions is preferred\nbut not
<\/p>
