Job Description

Key Individual Accountabilities

  • Staying up to date to market news and development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with retail equity clients by:

  • Understand clients needs

  • Understand clients trading preferences.

  • Inform clients with all relevant market news and development and its implication on trading recommendation.

  • Provide clients with trading recommendation based on the research by Research Department.

  • Communicate clients transaction order to Sales Dealer needs

  • Call and visit clients to build excellent rapport and serve clients relevant needs

  • Continuously renew the WPPE license

  • Approach potential clients and establish excellent rapport to make new retail clients for the company.

  • Assist new retail clients through the registration process.

  • Applying Know Your Customer Principles as referred to in OJK Regulations

  • Make a contract to open regular Security accounts with clients

  • Make a contract to open a financing Securities account with a customer for customer who receive financing facilities

  • Working closely with sales dealer and admin branch

  • Dealing with retail clients.

  • Responsible upon trading errors and unresolved debts

  • Responsible for clients transaction upon regulatory related questionings

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

  • Strong interest in the equity market.

  • Holds a WPPE License.

  • Experience in building customer loyalty.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proven time management skills.

  • Willing to be placed at any branch office (Sumatra, Sulawesi, Java, etc.)
