We are seeking an ERP and Integration Specialist to serve as the strategic techno-functional anchor for our enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the administration, optimization, and technical enhancement of our core ERP (NetSuite) while connecting it seamlessly to our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and finance tools (Chargebee, Xero, QuickBooks). Utilizing Workato as our primary iPaaS foundation, you will analyze business operations, map financial logic, and design real-time data pipelines to maximize operational efficiency and maintain regulatory data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- NetSuite Administration
- Functional Alignment & Mapping: Translate core accounting and business processes (e.g., General Ledger setup, multi-currency matching, tax routing, and item fulfillment rules) into technical NetSuite configurations.
- System Configuration: Manage NetSuite configurations including custom fields, custom forms, custom records, custom segments, and subtabs.
- SuiteFlow Automation: Design, build, and debug NetSuite Workflows (SuiteFlow) to automate internal approval routings and validation processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Author complex Saved Searches, financial reports, KPI scorecards, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks for finance and leadership stakeholders.
- Release Management: Coordinate NetSuite Sandbox testing, manage bi-annual system upgrades, and validate Bundle installations.
Multi-System Finance & CRM Integration Architecture
- Workato Recipe Development: Build complex, multi-step Workato recipes using conditional logic, lookup tables, and custom triggers to sync master data between HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Financial Process Automation: Streamline multi-system transaction workflows, including automated subscription billing sync (Chargebee to NetSuite), invoice replication, and ledger syncing across secondary accounting tools (Xero/QuickBooks).
- Data & Revenue Reconciliation: Ensure strict techno-functional reconciliation of transaction statuses, payment processing webhooks, and tax compliance data between sub-ledgers and the core NetSuite ERP.
Technical Skills
- NetSuite Administration: 5+ years of dual functional and technical NetSuite administration experience within a live production environment handling day to day operations.
- iPaaS & Connectivity: 2+ years of continuous experience building, deploying, and maintaining automated data integration pipelines using Workato.
- Financial Tech Stack Expertise: Proven track record integrating or administering recurring billing engines (Chargebee) and mid-market accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks Online).
- CRM Ecosystems: Practical experience working with Salesforce or HubSpot APIs, objects, and standard workflows.
- Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of gathering business requirements, testing in NetSuite Sandboxes, and managing production releases.
