  • SalesManager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activitiesfor our software products within a designatedgeography.
  • Thecandidate will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for newbusiness as well as establish new prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Growingrevenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise clientaccounts
  • MeetingQuarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Managingprospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Providing aconsultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Conductingone-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Calling toestablish new opportunities
  • Trackingcustomer information, forecasts and reports
  • Developingand maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing dataand other sources for sales leads
  • Planning& Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teamsfor the end-users and channels
  • Coordinatingwith pre-sales for solutioning and proposal preparation

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 experience selling solutions (preferably ERPs) or subscription-based products to a diverse customer base
  • Accounting Degree / Any Degree / Having Solution selling experience and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
  • Small to Midsize account management experience
  • Proven track record for closing mid-size companies
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
  • Strong time management skills
  • Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
  • Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Especially Powerpoint) and CRM
  • Familiarity with Powerpoint presentation preparation
