Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted member of the consulting team, managing multiple tasks, projects, and customers simultaneously to support successful Sage Intacct implementations.
- Expertise in Sage Intacct, including advanced modules, and stay current with product features, enhancements, and required product certifications.
- Provide mentorship to associate team members and leverage and contribute to knowledge repository of best practice documentation, enhancing tools and repeatability of service delivery.
- Execute all aspects of the data migration process, including data cleansing, mapping, and migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and perform sub-ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Provide detailed communication on identify data issues and resolution steps so that customers can provide necessary updates.
- Configure and implement Sage Intacct based on documented client specific business processes, industry standards, and system best practices, and configure and implement Baker Tilly products within Sage Intacct based on documented configuration process and/or client requirements.
- Build custom printed document templates in Microsoft Word (mail merge functionality) with both formula and conditional logic based on client requirements, and design and build industry-specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum experience of 3 years working in Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or other ERP/financial applications, with industry experience in construction, healthcare, or not-for-profit organizations, and ability to find anomalies in large financial data sets.
- Demonstrated expertise in data migration imports and data migration best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools.
