ESaaS - Salesforce Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Solution Consultant with strong expertise in Service Cloud to support solution design, technical architecture, and implementation. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery execution.

  • Implement and configure Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements

  • Translate business requirements into technical components and configurations

  • Implement Omni-Channel Routing, Queue-Based Routing, and Skill-Based Routing

  • Design, develop, and maintain Einstein Bots and automation workflows

  • Support technical architecture and contribute to solution design discussions

  • Collaborate with development teams and ensure proper technical implementation

  • Support end-to-end delivery including Build, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, and status reporting

  • Report progress, risks, and issues to Solution Lead / Delivery Team

Mandatory Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • Salesforce Service Cloud (Mandatory)

  • Omni-Channel Routing (Mandatory)

  • Queue-Based Routing (Mandatory)

  • Skill-Based Routing (Mandatory)

  • Einstein Bots and Einstein Case Classification (Mandatory)

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and Flows

  • Integration using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

  • Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance

Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Preferred)

Experience

  • 6+ years overall IT experience

  • 4+ years in Salesforce ecosystem

  • Experience in Service Cloud project delivery lifecycle (SIT/UAT/Go-Live)
