The global job description template is available here: As a Business Innovation Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects that drive growth and innovation in the LATAM region. This position allows you to gain hands-on experience by collaborating with various teams, supporting the development of innovative solutions, and learning directly from experienced leaders.
- Assisting in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities, contributing to the development of innovative strategies.
- Supporting the planning and execution of projects focused on commercial growth, including new business models, product launches, and digital programs.
- Participating in the organization of internal and external events, as well as engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives and solutions related to Business Innovation.
- Conducting research and preparing reports to assist in decision-making and the development of commercial strategies.
- At least 2 years attending BA/BS college degree in business, marketing, technology, engineering or sales-related areas;
- Interest in areas such as innovation, business development, and market strategies.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- An analytical, organized, and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
