Event Bartender - Fort Lauderdale Stadium

Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider for Chase Stadium hospitality and concessions, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join the team at Chase Stadium. This position will work with the front of house team in the hospitality and club suites at various events in one of Florida’s premier venues.

This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.

• Sets bar up in a timely manner.

• Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.

• Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.

• Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.

• Provides accurate and timely service.

• Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.

• Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.

Performs other related duties as required.
