Event Director
You will own the full spectrum of Securitize's event strategy from flagship conferences to executive roundtables and investor summits. You will conceive and produce the company's signature events from the ground up, building an event brand the market comes to expect. You will work at the intersection of traditional finance and tokenized real world assets, shaping strategy operations and execution with rigorous attention to detail. You will partner with Institutional Sales Capital Markets and Marketing to tie programs to pipeline and revenue and manage budgets and a small internal team and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and produce Securitize's owned portfolio including an annual flagship conference investor summits and executive roundtables
- Own Securitize's presence at major industry stages and manage sponsorship strategy and ROI evaluation
- Partner with Capital Markets Institutional Sales and Marketing to tie every program to pipeline issuer origination and investor AUM growth and design invitation and acquisition strategies and build pre and post event CRM workflows
- Own the events budget with full P and L accountability negotiate vendors venues and production partners and build and manage a small internal team and agency relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years in event management with 3+ years at a senior or director level
- Track record across flagship events with 500+ attendees and intimate C-suite roundtables
- Outstanding relationship skills recruiting and retaining senior speakers sponsors and high profile attendees
- Highly organized detail oriented operating style that runs multiple programs at once without dropping a thread
