Event Marketing Manager
The Events Marketing Manager is a strategic, execution-focused professional responsible for bringing high-impact live events and experiential activations to life. In this role, you will own the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of marketing events, with a heavy emphasis on trade shows, alongside owned Procore events.

This role reports into the Director, Strategic Global Events and is based in Austin.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of tier 1 corporate trade shows and owned event experiences, partnering with multiple marketing stakeholders
Help organize and set up events for success from the initial stages. Build, document, and refine repeatable event management processes to scale our operations.
Manage end-to-end event communications, landing page creation, and attendee journeys leveraging core marketing technology tools.
Partner closely with product marketing, field marketing, sales and enablement teams to set up pre-event email campaigns, build targeted registration lists, and track weekly registration and engagement numbers.
Clearly articulate the brand vision both internally and with third-party production vendors to create best-in-class consumer experiences. Handle contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
Ability to manage and drive comprehensive budget development, forecasting, and final reconciliation. Oversee inventory management for event collateral and corporate assets.
Proactively manage project timelines and compile weekly event reports. Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess success metrics, analyze ROI, and gather feedback to enhance future events.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex trade shows; B2B SaaS experience preferred
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals in a fast-paced environment
A process-oriented operator who cares deeply about consistency, scale, and outcomes — not just execution
Hands-on experience working with event technology tools, ideally Cvent/icapture.
Strong experience with budget development, meticulous tracking, and vendor negotiation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to deliver results, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Highly self-motivated and comfortable pivoting priorities as business goals and market needs evolve

Base Pay Range:
114,400.00 - 157,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
