Event Support Specialist

Advise users on venue suitability, logistics requirements and guidelines on venue usage as well as provides a one-stop event support service to users by co-ordinate between support teams on requirements and ensure that all requirements are carried out smoothly.

Accountabilities

  • Provide Event Support for corporate training, events and external leasing.

  • Process venue and logistic booking requirements using timetabling tool.

  • Liaise with users on the logistics requirements for their event.

  • Coordinate with support teams and ensure setup is done according to user requirements.

  • Ensures that the corporate training/ events progress seamlessly by collaborating with users and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct site visit with users and corporate partners.

  • Advise users on suitable venues and setup for their training or events.

  • Work with users to de-conflict any bookings if needed.

  • Assist with tenant management within the campus.

  • Generate monthly reports, meeting minutes and approval papers as and when required.

  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Academic Education/Experience/Training

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Experiences

· Experience with venue management.

· Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications and in-house systems.

· Trained in customer service skills.

· Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications, proficient in timetabling software is a bonus.

. Able to work on weekends on an adhoc basis when required.
