Events and Marketing Manager
You will plan and execute sponsorships branded activations and events across crypto culture sports and entertainment. You will develop creative concepts and event experiences and ensure timely delivery from brief to post event reporting. You will manage guest lists staffing and onsite execution to deliver smooth attendee experiences. You will track sponsorship obligations and coordinate contracts purchase orders and invoices with Finance and Legal. You will collaborate with Design Communications and Legal to ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will prepare post event recaps and budget reconciliations and extract learnings to improve future activations.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of sponsorships branded activations and events
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines run of show documents and briefing materials
- Coordinate guest list management event staffing and onsite event execution
- Track sponsorship contractual deliverables and ensure obligations are delivered on time
- Coordinate sponsorship agreements purchase orders and invoices in partnership with Finance and Legal
- Prepare post event recaps reporting and budget reconciliations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in events marketing brand partnerships sponsorships or experiential marketing ideally within crypto technology sports or entertainment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Hands on experience coordinating with external vendors agencies venues and event partners
- Experience working closely with creative teams including developing briefs reviewing creative assets and proofs and supporting the production of branded merchandise and printed materials
- Willingness to travel to support events and activations as required
