Events & Brand Coordinator
Events & Brand Coordinator
Firecrawl shows up in the world through events and the things we put in people's hands. Right now one person runs all of it. We throw pop-ups across the street from the biggest AI conferences, take over coffee shops in SoHo, host speaker dinners at SFMoMA, and design custom gifts and swag that people actually want to keep. The vision and the taste are handled by our Chief of Staff, who owns events and brand. What we need is someone who works alongside them to make it all happen, the vendor follow-ups, the RSVPs, the COIs, the shipping, the run-of-show, the merch sourcing and fulfillment, the hundred small things that turn a great idea into a flawless execution. You'll be the operational backbone behind a brand that punches way above its size.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (San Francisco range; see our compensation philosophy at firecrawl.dev/careers/compensation for how we adjust by location)
Equity: 0.01% - 0.05%
Location: San Francisco. Hybrid; on-site presence required around events. (Will require travel at times.)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Mid-level (2-4 years)
Visa: Sponsorship considered for the right person
About Firecrawl
Firecrawl is the web data infrastructure layer for AI. We turn websites into clean, structured data that LLMs and agents can actually use, and we're one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world. We're a small team shipping at an absurd pace, and we believe the way you go to market matters as much as what you build. Our events are a big part of how developers discover and fall in love with Firecrawl.
What You'll Do:
Own the execution layer of every event: vendor follow-ups, contracts chased to signature, COIs collected, RSVPs tracked, shipping and logistics coordinated end to end
Build and maintain the run-of-show for each activation so nothing falls through the cracks
Be the day-of operational lead on setup, making sure every detail matches the vision
Source and manage merch and swag production end to end: get quotes, manage vendors, track proofs, hit deadlines, and handle fulfillment from order to doorstep
Keep an eye on merch inventory and reorder timelines so we're never scrambling before an event
Keep vendors moving and on schedule so deadlines never slip quietly
Track every open logistics item across multiple events and merch runs at once and surface risks early
Keep the trains running so we can keep pushing the creative direction further together
What We're Looking For
Ferociously organized. This is the whole job. You track dozens of moving pieces across multiple events without dropping any of them, and you have a real system for it, not just good intentions. Things don't slip when you're on them.
Reliable to a fault. When you own something, it gets done, and nobody has to chase you. The thing we're buying is the ability to stop worrying whether a detail got handled. References will confirm you're the person who never lets the ball drop.
Fast, low-ego, and energized by execution. You genuinely like making someone else's vision real. You'd rather perfect than originate, you take direction well, and you move quickly without needing every step spelled out.
You sweat the small stuff. You're the person who catches the typo on the menu and notices the name tags are out of order. Details are not beneath you, they're the point.
Backgrounds that often do well: events coordinators, production assistants, executive assistants who've owned event logistics, anyone who's been the dependable operational engine behind something complex.
What We're NOT Looking For
Someone who doesn't light up when handed a list and the freedom to crush it
Anyone you'd have to chase or remind
People who need a fully-scoped checklist before they can move
A Note On Pace
We're a small team doing a lot. Roles here are loosely defined on purpose, you'll own things that don't have a clear owner yet, and that's a feature, not a bug. Events move fast and things break on the day, so we need someone who stays calm when the AirTags are arriving on Sunday and the dinner is Monday. If you want to be the operational force behind some of the most talked-about activations in AI, let's talk.
