Events Executive

Job Summary

Manage and execute end-to-end corporate events, developing creative proposals, coordinating vendors, and ensuring seamless delivery within budget and timelines to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all phases of event projects, from proposal development to on-site delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Develop creative event concepts and pitch materials tailored to client briefs to engage target audiences
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver practical, well-considered event solutions
  • Research and apply current event trends, venues, and supplier options to enhance event experiences
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers to secure quality services and cost-effective solutions
  • Support budgeting and cost planning to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
  • Lead hands-on event setup and on-site management to ensure all elements are executed according to plan
  • Troubleshoot and adapt quickly to on-site challenges to maintain event quality and client satisfaction
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support event success

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in events, experiential marketing, or agency environments
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong passion for the events industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with resourcefulness and strong organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of event workflows, production processes, and real-world constraints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience creating presentation decks is advantageous

WORK ARRANGEMENT

  • 5-day work week (Monday – Friday)
  • Role is project and deadline-driven; requires effective time management and delivery
  • Occasional support outside standard hours may be required during event periods
