Events Executive | Retail

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Basically, your duties as a Promotion/ Event Executive are as follows:
1. Plan, organize, coordinate layout and execute promotions for department store and shopping center
2. Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties, to conceptualize, plan and executive promotional campaigns
3. Follow-through closely for all promotional activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising team for advertisements and collaterals
4. Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners. Conduct checks on the event areas
5. Organize, send, prepare media kit, goodie bags, invitation list, KOL/bloggers search for campaign launch
6. Search media partner to amplify the event and increase footfall and awareness
7. Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities and work with contractors and suppliers for efficient set-up and tear-down of structure.
8. Preparation of reports and schedules, overview of promotional events.
9. Plan & strategize monthly calendar and set Yearly festive themes, organize and execute promotions for department store.
10. Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties (Embassy, NPark, ORBA etc., to conceptualize, plan and exclusive promotional campaigns.
11. Follow-through closely for all promotion activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising/Digital team for advertisements and collaterals/social media posting.
12. Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners. Conduct checks on the salesfloor areas.
13. Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities for lucky draw/ORBA/SCDF etc. for orchard road distributions and work with contractors and suppliers for efficient set-up and tear down of structure.
14. Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by theCompany.
