Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Executive to support and execute various projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Leads to clarify clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project
- Contribute to developing creative concepts and proposals aligned with client briefs and budget limits
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Source and manage external vendors and suppliers by negotiating contracts and monitoring deliverables
- Assist Project Leads in managing event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and transportation
- Manage on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and promptly resolve any issues
- Prepare post-event reports under Project Leads’ guidance to evaluate project success and recommend improvements
Required competencies and certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, teams, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Nitec certification or higher; fresh graduates are welcome
