Events Field Operator (With SG class 3 driver's licence)

Ovation is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Events Field Operator to support the execution of floral and event setups. This role involves preparing floral arrangements and event décor, delivering and installing setups on-site, and handling post-event teardown and returns.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, responsible, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event & Floral Preparation

Assist in preparation of floral arrangements and event décor in the studio

Ensure all items are properly packed, labelled, and ready for deployment

Conduct pre-event checks to ensure completeness and quality of setups

Support loading and unloading of décor, props, and floral arrangements

2. Delivery & On-Site Setup

Drive company vehicle to transport flowers and event materials to venues

Set up floral arrangements, arches, backdrops, table styling, and decorative elements

Follow design briefs closely to ensure styling is executed according to plan

Work closely with the styling team and clients on-site for smooth setup

3. Teardown & Post-Event Handling

Dismantle event setups carefully after events

Pack and return all reusable items to the studio/warehouse

Ensure all items are accounted for and handled properly to avoid damage

4. Studio & Warehouse Housekeeping

Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio and storage areas

Properly store flowers, props, and styling equipment

Assist with routine maintenance of tools and event materials

5. Logistics & Operational Support

Plan basic loading/unloading logistics for events

Support daily operational needs of the styling team

Adhere to safety practices when handling equipment and installations

Requirements

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence

Physically fit and able to handle manual work, including lifting and long hours

Comfortable working early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays

Positive attitude and willing to work in a fast-paced event environment

Responsible, punctual, and a good team player

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in event setup, floral styling, or related industries

Interest in floral design, weddings, and event styling

Familiarity with basic tools and installation work
