We are looking for a hands-on Events Manager to own our trade show presence and event operations end-to-end. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable building an event strategy on Monday and running cables on Tuesday. You'll be the central point of contact for everything from exhibition logistics to receptions— keeping TYTAN's physical presence sharp and professional across Europe.
This role is not purely administrative. Expect to get your hands dirty: assembling displays, setting up AV equipment, managing on-site logistics, and solving problems on the floor. If that energizes rather than deters you, read on.
Your Roadmap to Make an Impact
Plan and manage TYTAN's trade show appearances, coordinating with stand builders, suppliers, and venues from registration through teardown.
Own large-scale event execution: concept development, logistics, setup, and on-site management.
Manage all company hardware assets including product models, promotional materials, and merchandising inventory.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot and technical equipment for smaller events (video, audio, displays, cabling).
Organize smaller-format events such as receptions, dinners, and stakeholder meetings.
Fluent in German and English.
Proven experience in trade show and event management, including exhibition registration processes.
Comfortable with both strategic planning and physical, hands-on execution.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
Willingness to travel across Europe for events (50% of time).
Valid driver's license.
Experience with inventory management and event logistics.
Proactive ownership mindset - takes responsibility without being asked.
