EVENTS PLANNER [PPS2-001-05]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of corporate events and activations from initial concept and creative planning through to flawless on-ground execution
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts that are fully aligned with brand identity and business objectives
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and within scope
  • Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination to guarantee a consistently smooth and professional attendee experience
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to maintain clear, timely communication throughout the entire event process
  • Gather and analyse post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and identify practical improvement opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive event documentation including contracts, run sheets, schedules, and detailed post-event summary reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective client and vendor engagement
