As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking Project Executives to join our team in delivering globally renowned events.

This is a unique opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, working alongside international federations, global organisers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

🔹 What You’ll Do

✅ Support end-to-end event planning and delivery – from logistics coordination to on-site operations.
✅ Assist Project Managers in managing project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
✅ Liaise with vendors, venue operators, clients, and partners to ensure requirements are met.
✅ Coordinate venue overlay, technical specifications, and operational setup.
✅ Provide on-site support during event days, helping to troubleshoot and ensure smooth execution.
✅ Prepare project documentation, reports, and post-event reviews.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in event management (internship or entry-level experience in sports or large-scale events a plus).
✔️ Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
✔️ Interest in technical and operational aspects of events (venue setup, AV, staging, lighting).
✔️ Strong communication skills to work effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
✔️ A proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
✔️ Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
