Events Specialist

Our client, a Well-established firm is seeking to recruit an Events specialist for their organisation.

Location: Central Singapore

Job Summary: Provide event logistic and admin support; assist in the planning and execution of events. (Events include Corporate Events, Conferences, Product Launches, Award Ceremonies and etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide end to end support to Events, including but not limited to planning and execution
  • Source for third party vendors, ensuring that the deliverables are well met
  • Manage registration to create a streamlined experience for guests
  • To manage F&B aspect and ensuring that setup is done proper
  • Oversee and coordinate the event collateral design and production
  • Accountable for the Digital event setup
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant Degree or Diploma in Events Management or Business Management/Marketing or related studies
  • At least 1 to 3 years of related experience in Corporate events
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and work well as a team-player
