This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Events – Sponsorship Management based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of event production, sponsor relations, and project coordination, ensuring that sponsor commitments are delivered seamlessly across high-profile events. You will act as the main point of contact for sponsors, guiding them through planning, deliverables, and execution while keeping timelines, budgets, and expectations aligned. The position requires strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, and external partners. You will oversee everything from sponsorship assets and promotional activations to on-site logistics and post-event reporting. Working in a fast-paced events environment, you will play a key role in shaping sponsor experiences and ensuring every detail is executed with precision. This is a highly collaborative role where proactive communication and problem-solving are essential. Each event cycle brings new challenges, requiring adaptability, structure, and strong follow-through.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage sponsor-specific deliverables across event cycles, ensuring all commitments are executed on time and to specification.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, aligning expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout planning and execution.
  • Oversee sponsorship components within event timelines, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and exhibition managers to develop and maintain sponsor resource tools and content hubs.
  • Support the sourcing, budgeting, and execution of sponsorship activations including signage, branding, on-site experiences, and F&B integrations.
  • Draft and distribute sponsor communications such as deadlines, reminders, updates, and logistical instructions.
  • Participate in weekly sponsor and vendor meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
  • Manage on-site sponsor needs, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure smooth delivery of all contracted deliverables.
  • Support post-event reporting and sponsor wrap-up communications, including performance summaries and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure proper handling of sponsor assets such as logos, graphics, and media files across all event platforms.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in event management, sponsorship management, experiential marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sponsors, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with experience acting as a primary client-facing contact.
    • Experience working with vendors, production teams, or exhibition environments is highly preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
    • Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and event timelines with accuracy and accountability.
    • Proficiency in collaboration tools, project tracking systems, and standard business software.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
