If so, then The Clare, the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Gold Coast area, wants you! We are seeking to fill a Full-Time Housekeeping Manager role.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeping Manager:
- Oversee and manage all housekeeping services within the retirement community
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience required
- Spanish speaking or fluent preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree or certification in facility management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
