About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1.Develop and execute daily delivery plans to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;

2.Monitor delivery progress and resolve exceptions to improve overall efficiency.

3.Operations Process Optimization Analyze delivery workflows to identify efficiency bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives;

4.Promote standardized operating procedures and continuously optimize service processes.

5.Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis Track key operational KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, delivery cost, and exception rate;

6.Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

7.Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with warehouse, customer service, product, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues;

8.Maintain effective communication with regional or city-level teams to ensure smooth execution.

9.Customer Experience Management Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to delivery services;

10.Propose and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
