EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, staff deployment, scheduling, and workflow supervision.
• Ensure strict compliance with organisational procedures and service standards at all times.
• Handle operational issues, complaints, and urgent matters independently and efficiently.
• Conduct regular staff monitoring and performance follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support administrative operations.
• Support events and operational activities as assigned by Management.
• Required to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Candidates with supervisory or management experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle high-pressure situations and long working hours when required.
• Expected to respond promptly to operational matters outside normal working hours if necessary.
