We are hiring Executive - Admin & Facilities!!


Role Summary:

This role involves managing day-to-day office administration, facilities operations, vendor coordination, and workplace services to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities management services and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors while ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate office administration activities, including reception, housekeeping, pantry operations, security, and visitor management.
  • Monitor office infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance requirements to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and facility-related services while optimizing costs.
  • Support employee engagement activities, office events, and workplace initiatives.
  • Maintain facility records, vendor documentation, invoices, and service reports.
  • Drive continuous improvements in administrative and facilities processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Facilities Management, Office Administration, Vendor Management, or Workplace Services.
  • Strong experience in coordinating vendors, service providers, and facility operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
