Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As an Executive & Administrative Support Specialist you will support Central Functions teams and managers with organizational and office management related tasks, ensuring that day to day activities run efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Central Functions teams
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, and related documentation
  • Maintain organizational information, distribution lists, intranet pages, and reporting records
  • Coordinate trainings, workshops, team events, including vendor and logistics management
  • Act as point of contact between our teams (sharing updates and announcements) and collaborate with colleagues from business departments
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You have a flexible and dynamic approach, as well as a proven ability to collaborate efficiently with several people. Therefore, you are good in setting priorities and managing your tasks in a logical and responsible way.
  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP is considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English written and verbal (mandatory)
