About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Founder. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Organize meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support business decisions.
  • Manage special projects and handle ad hoc administrative requests.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and business correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or business owners.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping or financial administration.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or international environment.
