EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EXECUTIVE SCHEDULER)

As a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EXECUTIVE SCHEDULER), you will serve as an Executive Assistant and Scheduler that reports directly to the Federal Co-Chair. The incumbent supports the mission of Denali Commission by assisting the Federal Co-Chair in a wide variety of administrative and program support efforts.

As an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EXECUTIVE SCHEDULER), you will: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and events for the Federal Co-Chair. Receive visitors and telephone calls to the Federal Co-Chair. Determine nature of calls or business of visitors. Provide administrative and general information about Denali Commission's functions, goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations. Organize travel arrangements for the Federal Co-Chair, including hotel and transportation reservations, notify specific offices and others of dates involved, also collaborate with the Administrative Officer to make requests for travel authorization, travel vouchers, etc. Attend meetings as requested by the Federal Co-Chair and take notes on discussion to the extent deemed necessary.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
