Executive Assistant, Fundraising & Partnerships
You will oversee the strategic placement of donation boxes in high-traffic locations, ensuring their visibility and accessibility. You will also be responsibilities will include obtaining necessary permissions, collecting and replacing boxes.
Maintain and respect donors’ confidentiality.
Placement, collection and replacement of donation boxes.
Plan the collection and placement of donation boxes schedule on monthly basis.
Efficiently managing collection routes and schedules to ensure timely collection and placement of donation boxes.
Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces, to minimise risks.
Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate recording, handling, and reporting.
Adaptable to changes in collection schedules, locations, or procedures based on organisational needs.
Maintain confidentiality regarding merchant/donor information and sensitive financial details.
Engage with the merchant/donor to foster relationships, gather feedback, and promote a positive image of the organisation.
Delivery of documents and festive gifts.
Support fundraising events.
To work after office hours, weekends and Public Holidays, occasionally.
Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Level and above.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fundraising setting.
Class 3 driving license (manual) is mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Good public relations and communication skills
