Some careers put you in the room where decisions are made.

This is one of them.

As Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive of Logan Health Cut Bank and Logan Health Chester, you will serve as a trusted partner to the executive leading two critical access hospitals that provide care across Montana's Hi-Line.

This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You will work alongside hospital leadership, physicians, board members, community leaders, and system executives while helping coordinate the people, projects, meetings, and communications that keep two organizations moving forward.

You'll help prepare board meetings, coordinate leadership initiatives, support community engagement efforts, manage high-level communications, and serve as a key connection point between leadership teams, medical staff, board members, and community stakeholders.

For someone who enjoys being involved, solving problems, creating order from complexity, and serving as a trusted resource to leadership, this is a role where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

It is also a unique opportunity to gain exposure to healthcare leadership and hospital operations while working directly alongside an experienced healthcare executive.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

You won't spend your days simply managing calendars.

Instead, you'll help coordinate board meetings, prepare executive presentations, organize regional leadership discussions, support community events, manage important communications, and keep projects moving forward across two hospitals.

One morning may involve preparing board materials and finalizing executive reports. Another may be spent coordinating physician meetings, organizing a community event, helping plan employee engagement activities, or working with leaders across multiple departments to prepare for upcoming initiatives.

You will be trusted to anticipate needs, solve problems, follow through on commitments, and help create the structure that allows leaders to focus on leading.

No two weeks look exactly the same.
