One moment you're coordinating a meeting with senior leaders, the next you're untangling a travel itinerary, preparing materials for an important presentation, or welcoming guests into the world of gaming before they meet our CEO.
You'll interact with stakeholders from across the games industry and beyond. One day it might be platform partners. Another day it might be business leaders, public sector representatives, or industry organisations. Throughout it all, you'll be a trusted and professional representative of both the CEO and SYBO.

Responsibilities
Own the CEO's calendar, communications, and priorities, helping create clarity, focus, and momentum in a fast-moving environment.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO's office, confidently prioritizing requests, redirecting tasks, communications, and follow-ups to the right people across the business.
Plan and coordinate international travel, events, and logistics, ensuring every detail is covered from bookings and itineraries to expenses, briefings, and contingency planning.
Start each day by creating an overview of priorities, upcoming commitments, and actions, helping the CEO stay focused on what matters most.
Prepare agendas, executive briefings, presentations, and supporting materials, coordinating with internal designers to deliver polished, high-quality outputs.
Attend leadership meetings, capture decisions and actions, and help drive follow-through on key management team commitments.
Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the CEO and SYBO when engaging with guests
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Life at SYBO
In your first month...
You'll get to know SYBO, our values and culture, while building an understanding of how our CEO works. You'll begin taking ownership of calendars, travel planning, and executive support, while establishing relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Within 3 months...
You'll be a trusted assistant to the CEO, confidently managing day-to-day priorities, communications, travel, and stakeholder coordination. You'll be well integrated into the CEO's rhythm and ways of working, helping create structure, clarity, and oversight across a busy and ever-changing schedule.
By 12 months...
You'll be a vital part of the CEO's office, creating the structure, organisation, and follow-through that enables the CEO to be at his best. You'll help keep priorities moving, ensure actions and commitments are tracked, and support Management Team meetings through planning, coordination, and follow-up.
Requirements
You have previous experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant and are comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
You are an exceptional relationship builder with the emotional intelligence to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and create clarity in complex situations.
You are comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
You are tech-savvy and confident navigating digital tools independently as needed
You are fluent in both Danish and English
You can commit to being onsite every Monday at 8AM to prepare and co-host studio update meetings at 9AM.
Bonus Points
You've previously supported C-level leaders in a technology, gaming, or other fast-moving international company.
You have previous experience utilizing AI, or an interest in exploration - while we do not dictate how you’ll utilize it, we believe it’s likely a tool to use in the future.
