Executive Assistant to Founder — Research & Implementation

About The Role

We are looking for a highly capable, resourceful, and growth-oriented individual to work directly alongside the company founder.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

You will become the founder’s right hand — helping transform ideas into execution, organizing moving parts across the business, researching new opportunities, and ensuring important initiatives do not get lost in the day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who learns fast, thinks clearly, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys solving problems in a dynamic environment.

You will play an important role in:

You do not need to know everything from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Learning

  • Research new business ideas, tools, systems, SOPs, and operational improvements

  • Study online courses, training materials, and educational content

  • Analyze and summarize key takeaways into simple reports

Reporting & Strategy Support

  • Prepare concise reports covering:

    • Key learnings

    • Recommended implementations

    • Potential improvements

    • What is not relevant or practical

Execution & Coordination

  • Follow up with different departments on implementation progress

  • Coordinate tasks and ensure timelines are met

  • Assist in turning discussions and ideas into actionable plans

Organization & Operations

  • Help organize meetings, priorities, ideas, and schedules

  • Prepare meeting notes and action items

  • Improve internal workflows and SOPs where necessary

Administrative & Personal Support

  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and operational coordination

  • Provide administrative and business support to the founder when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role

  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a valid driving license **

  • Strong administrative, planning, and organizational abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools

  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and confidentiality

  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields

  • Prior experience supporting founders, directors, or senior management

  • Experience in operations, workflow improvement, or SOP development is a plus
