Executive Assistant

This role goes beyond scheduling and calendar management. You will be a critical part of the founder\u2019s office\u2014handling internal operations, managing communications, organizing priorities, and ensuring execution happens across departments.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

<\/h4>Manage and optimize the CEO\u2019s daily schedule and task list.

Prioritize meetings based on urgency and business objectives.

Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

2. Operations & Follow\-Ups<\/b>
<\/h4>Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing).

Track tasks assigned by the CEO across departments and ensure closure.

Maintain a system for documenting pending items, priorities, and deadlines.

3. Communication & Documentation<\/b>
<\/h4>Draft emails, responses, and internal communication on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare basic pitch decks, meeting briefs, and reports as required.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.

4. Research & Support<\/b>
<\/h4>Conduct quick research on platforms, tools, and potential partners as needed.

Compile competitor insights or artist\-related data to assist decision\-making.
<\/p><\/li>
Support in internal audits, recruitment coordination, or other ad\-hoc projects.

5. Travel & Logistical Planning<\/b>
<\/h4>Manage travel bookings, stay, event logistics, and last\-minute plan changes.

Coordinate artist meetings, client events, or office offsites when needed.

6. Confidential & Personal Task Handling<\/b>
<\/h4>Handle personal errands and administrative duties with discretion.

Manage CEO\u2019s personal logistics (as required), including scheduling and follow\-ups.

<\/h3>2\u20134 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or coordination role.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Comfort with Google Suite, Excel/Sheets, and communication tools like Slack.
