Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director \nName of the organization: STEM Learning \nExperience: Minimum of 3\-4 Years experience in relevant field \nJob Description \nSTEM Learning is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our \nManaging Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and \norganizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment \nPreference will be given to immediate joiners only \nQualifications & Criteria: \n1. Bachelor's degree preferred. \n2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C\-level \nexecutives. \n3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks \neffectively. \n4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. \n5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. \n6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. \n7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. \n8. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast\-paced environment. \n9. Professionalism and a positive attitude. \n10. Problem\-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with grace and composure. \nKey Responsibilities \n1. Strategy to Execution: Assist in translating strategic goals into actionable tasks. \n2. Meeting Minutes: Write and distribute minutes of meetings (MoM) accurately. \n3. Goal Setting: Collaborate on annual/Quarter/Monthly goal setting for the Managing \nDirector. \n4. Review Calls: Schedule and facilitate review calls to track progress on goals. \n5. Stakeholder Follow\-Up: Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on \ntasks and objectives. \n6. Goal Execution: Support the execution of set goals through diligent tracking and \nreporting. \n7. Sales Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain a sales dashboard to visualize \nperformance metrics. \n8. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Managing Director\u2019s schedule, \nincluding meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. \n9. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing emails, \nphone calls, and correspondence. \n10. Administrative Support: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings; \nmanage expense reports and invoices. \n11. Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, \nensuring accessibility and accuracy. \n12. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; \nprepare agendas and take minutes. \n13. Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and \ntransportation. \n14. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and \nexternal stakeholders. \n15. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at \nall times. \n16. Problem Solving: Proactively address potential issues and manage unexpected \nchallenges. \n17. Check\-In Management: Manage regular check\-ins and updates with stakeholders. \n18.
