Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner, Production APAC

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally strong Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner to support the leadership for Production in APAC. The successful candidate will be a high-level 'force multiplier' who is self-motivated, proactively tackles challenges, and thinks several steps ahead. This role can be based in Seoul.
Responsibilities
• Accompany the leader in key internal and external meetings; capture high-level notes, synthesize complex discussions into actionable outcomes, and ensure follow-up on strategic commitments.
• Strategically plan and manage a complex calendar spanning multiple time zones and regions, resolving conflicts and protecting the leader's time for high-leverage strategic work.
• Act as an operational 'second brain' by providing concise briefings and gathering necessary context/materials before meetings.
• Manage and facilitate communication across APAC; assist in organizing and drafting correspondence to ensure clarity and alignment across cross-functional partners.
• Plan and manage the executive's extensive travel, from bookings and visas to on-the-ground logistics, supporting a very high volume of complex travel coordination.
• Maintain trackers and documents for Production projects and proactively keep the executive & stakeholders informed; act as connective tissue between the leader and the broader Production team.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Production and cross-functional admins to ensure maximum efficiency and output across the region.
• Manage and process expense reports with accuracy and compliance; run point on regional leadership events and activities that require high-level coordination and support.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant with experience supporting Senior Leadership (VP level or above) in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Highly organized with a natural ability to create structure out of ambiguity and think several steps ahead of the executive.
• Native-level fluency in English and Korean; ability to professionally communicate with all levels of staff and draft professional correspondence in multiple languages.
• Able to work flexibly across multiple time zones and stay calm under pressure with short deadlines.
• Ability to sit in complex strategy meetings and distill them into clear, actionable next steps for the greater team.
• Discreet and able to maintain total confidentiality regarding business issues, hiring, organizational shifts, and regional strategy.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize and respond accordingly, often without direct instruction.
• Operates with urgency in an ever-changing environment with the ability to multitask and lead projects in coordination with business partners.
Preferred
• Advanced level of Japanese is a plus.
• Experience in Content/Studio or other Entertainment-related industries is a significant plus.
• Potential and ability to grow into a Business Operations, Project Management, or high-level Coordination role within APAC Production Organization.
