Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable, professional, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in business, administrative, and coordination matters. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent business travel and working in a fast-paced international business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and business support to the Chairman to enable efficient decision-making and operations
  • Organize and manage meetings, travel schedules, and business appointments to optimize the Chairman’s time and priorities
  • Develop and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials that effectively communicate key information and insights
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple countries to facilitate seamless collaboration
  • Support business projects, investment matters, and corporate communications by executing assigned tasks and follow-ups
  • Accurately record meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely completion and accountability
  • Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Accompany the Chairman on overseas business trips as required to provide on-site support and coordination

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce professional documents and presentations
  • Ability to travel frequently on short notice to support business needs
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex schedules and priorities effectively
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in consulting, finance, or business-related roles
