    THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive <\/span>Executive Assistant (EA)<\/b> <\/span>to support the <\/span>Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Director (MD)<\/b>.
    <\/p>

    As an EA, you will play a critical role in <\/span>managing priorities, streamlining operations, and enabling leadership efficiency<\/b>. If you thrive in fast\-paced environments, are detail\-oriented, and have a strong sense of ownership, this role is for you.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

    Executive Support<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize engagements.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership meetings.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Act as a <\/span>gatekeeper and liaison<\/b>, managing communications on behalf of the COO & MD.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Operational Efficiency<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Coordinate follow\-ups and track progress on action items and strategic initiatives.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Support in <\/span>project tracking, governance, and reporting<\/b> <\/span>for key business objectives.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and external stakeholders.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Cross\-Functional Coordination<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Work with leadership, HR, Finance, and Product teams to <\/span>align execution with strategic priorities<\/b>.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Facilitate communication across departments to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Confidentiality & Professionalism<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

          • Maintain professionalism while interfacing with <\/span>executives, partners, and clients<\/b>.

            Additional Support<\/b>

            • Organize domestic/international travel, logistics, and event coordination.

            • Provide operational assistance in high\-priority initiatives and ad hoc projects.

              SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>
              <\/h3>

              Must\-Have<\/b>
              <\/p>

              • 4\u20137 years of experience as an <\/span>Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role<\/b> <\/span>supporting C\-suite leaders.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Exceptional <\/span>organizational and time management skills<\/b>.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Strong proficiency in <\/span>MS Office / Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and project management software<\/b>.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Excellent <\/span>written and verbal communication skills<\/b>.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information.
                <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Good\-to\-Have<\/b>
                <\/p>

                • Experience in <\/span>fast\-paced tech, SaaS, or AI\-driven environments<\/b>.

                • Familiarity with Agile workflows and business operations.

                • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
