Executive | Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and self\-motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Sustainability Advisory and Environmental Services business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales/business development and possess a strong willingness to learn the technical aspects of sustainability services, including ESG, Carbon Management, Biodiversity, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), EPDs, and Climate Action solutions.<\/span>

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.<\/span>

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with key decision\-makers across industries.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support lead qualification, opportunity assessment, and client engagement activities.<\/span>

  • Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects and existing clients.<\/span>

  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual business development targets.<\/span>

    • Coordinate with internal technical teams for preparation of proposals and presentations.<\/span>

    • Support proposal submissions, commercial discussions, and contract documentation.<\/span>

    • Track proposal status and follow up for client feedback.<\/span>

      • Monitor industry trends, sustainability regulations, and emerging business opportunities.<\/span>

      • Maintain databases of prospects, clients, and market information.<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>
          • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.<\/span>

          • 1\u20132 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client engagement is preferred.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Prior exposure to consulting, sustainability, environmental services, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.<\/span>
