\u2022 Handling all sorts of Compliance related issues according to Client requirement.
<\/p>

\u2022 Handling Compliance related to Shop Establishment, Contract Labour & Factory etc.
<\/p>

\u2022 Issuing or Renewal of Various License
<\/p>

\u2022 Filing of the Returns under various Labour Laws
<\/p>

\u2022 Handling court matters if and when needed
<\/p>

\u2022 Implementations of Laws
<\/p>

\u2022 Coordination with the Govt. authorities
<\/p>

\u2022 Client coordination
<\/p>

\u2022 Payment follow up
<\/p>

\u2022 Revenue generation
<\/p>

\u2022 MIS & Report generation
<\/p>

Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Law or any relevant field
<\/p>

\u2022 Minimum of 1 years of experience in Compliance
<\/p>

\u2022 Knowledge of PF & ESIC Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, Shop Establishment Act, Minimum wages Act, Factory Act, etc.
<\/p>

\u2022 Good English communication skills
<\/p>

\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
<\/p>

\u2022 Attention to detail and accuracy
<\/p>

\u2022 Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
<\/p>

\u2022 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
<\/p>
