This role requires a leader who can translate complex business and technical inputs into a clear long-term strategy, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive transformational results through disciplined execution, lean leadership, and talent development.
In this role, you will combine deep supply chain leadership experience with strong technical and commercial judgment.
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a long-term commodity strategy aligned to business priorities, customer value, and product lifecycle needs
- Execute supplier relationship management strategies to build long-term relationships with suppliers that provide mutually beneficial relationships and drive stable operations
- Deliver against annual productivity targets to reduce costs while ensuring no disruption to service levels
- Ensure supply base compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build, develop, and coach a high-performing organization
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance
- Influence and collaborate with a broad stakeholder set, including internal business leaders, suppliers, customers, and other key decision-makers
- Serve as a practitioner and coach of FLIGHT DECK, applying daily and visual management, problem-solving, standard work, Kaizen, and action planning to drive continuous improvement
- Drive organization and supplier performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain Forecasting/Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Commercial/Sales

The base pay range for this position is $190,000-250,000.00 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 07/05/2026.
