Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare notices, agendas, and supporting documents\nfor General, Board and Committee Meetings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate and assist in conducting the Meetings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Draft and maintain Minutes of Meetings and track\naction points.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other\nstatutory requirements.<\/span><\/span>

·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and file necessary forms and returns with\nROC.<\/span><\/span>
