The OpportunityAs an Executive Concierge, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information to maintain smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. As an Administrative professional, you will deliver efficient and effective support to internal teams, fostering a positive working environment and building productive relationships. You will be proactive and organized, anticipating needs and understanding tasks thoroughly to assist in the most appropriate way.
In this role, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on business services and support. You will play a crucial role in enabling smooth operations within our organization by applying a learning mindset, taking ownership of your development, and sharing best practices. Your ability to adapt to changing needs and processes will be key, as will your commitment to conducting yourself professionally and taking responsibility for your work and commitments. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively and efficiently, even in challenging or ambiguous situations, while upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings to facilitate seamless operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including travel planning and event management
- Coordinating deployment and resource management to optimize team efficiency
- Utilizing office productivity applications for effective correspondence and records management
- Conducting research and preparing reports to support executive decision-making
- Overseeing electronic filing and records management to maintain organized documentation
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams
- Implementing business process improvements to enhance administrative workflows
- Supporting customer relationship management and guest services to uphold service excellence
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience

June 22, 2026The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
