Role Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Executive \u2013 Content & Communications to support storytelling, content creation, and communication initiatives across programs and fundraising verticals. This role will focus on capturing on\-ground impact, developing engaging content, and ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality communication materials for diverse audiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

1. Impact Story Development (Coffee Table Book)<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h4>
  • Source and develop impact stories through stakeholder outreach (email, calls, field visits, and event coverage).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Capture authentic beneficiary stories, testimonials, and voices from the ground.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Produce a minimum of 25 stories per quarter, achieving 100 stories annually.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure all stories are well\-written, engaging, and aligned with the Coffee Table Book\u2019s objective<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>s.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Case Studies & Program Storytelling<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/h4>
    • Collect and compile success stories from various programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Gather beneficiary narratives and key insights from the field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Develop and finalize case studies for use across:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

      • Social media<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Newsletters<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Donor reports<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Fundraising (FR) communications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Provide detailed raw content for social media and digital platforms as required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        3. Event Coverage & Field Documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

        • Support coverage of events, field visits, and program activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Document key highlights through write\-ups, beneficiary interactions, and stakeholder inputs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Capture donor quotes, partner feedback, and testimonials during events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Assist in converting on\-ground experiences into engaging content pieces.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          4. Creative Content & Collateral Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

          • Develop content for creatives and collaterals such as:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

            • Posters, banners, brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, standees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            • Support campaigns, events, and program activities across print and digital formats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Ensure timely submission of content in line with deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              5. Fundraising (FR) Communications Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
              <\/h4>
              • Assist in developing content for fundraising campaigns, including:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>

                • Emailers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Campaign messaging for fundraising platforms<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Branding materials (e.g., diaries, calendars)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                • Incorporate donor quotes, testimonials, and impact highlights into communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  6. Newsletter Content<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

                  • Coordinate with departments to gather relevant content.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                  • Compile and draft newsletter content as per timelines and standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with communication guidelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    7. Annual Report & Editorial Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

                    • Support development of stories, testimonials, and content for the annual report.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Assist in reviewing and editing content as required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Ensure consistency in tone, language, and quality across materials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                          Preferred Qualifications & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

                          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field; candidates with any graduate degree along with a Diploma/Certification in Journalism or Mass Communication are also encouraged to apply<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                          • 1\u20133 years of relevant experience in content writing, communications, or within the development/non\-profit sector<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Demonstrated experience or exposure to fundraising communications and donor engagement is desirable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Experience in field documentation & on\-ground storytelling will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
