Executive – Designer

Job Description :

  • Design marketing collaterals including in-store POSM such as posters, wobblers, danglers, leaflets, catalogues, banners, and signage.
  • Develop digital assets for social media, websites, mobile apps, emailers, and online promotions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches with strong visual concepts.
  • Coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely production.
  • Ensure artwork accuracy and grammar, including pricing layouts, promotional messages, and legal disclaimers.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile :

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, with retail, FMCG, or agency experience considered an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital formats.
  • Strong eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
