Executive – Designer
Job Description :
- Design marketing collaterals including in-store POSM such as posters, wobblers, danglers, leaflets, catalogues, banners, and signage.
- Develop digital assets for social media, websites, mobile apps, emailers, and online promotions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches with strong visual concepts.
- Coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely production.
- Ensure artwork accuracy and grammar, including pricing layouts, promotional messages, and legal disclaimers.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile :
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, with retail, FMCG, or agency experience considered an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Understanding of print production processes and digital formats.
- Strong eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
