Valor Ridge Health<\/b> is a new facility opening in Branson West, MO. Building on the success of its adolescent program, Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch is launching a Military Specialization Center to provide short\-term residential treatment for active\-duty military servicemen who need help with addiction, depression, trauma, anxiety, and related life\-controlling issues.

    The Executive Director of Valor Ridge Health will serve as the founding operational leader responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing leadership of a new residential treatment program designed specifically for active\-duty U.S. military servicemen experiencing addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges.
    <\/p>

    This program will operate as a specialized treatment center under the nonprofit umbrella of Teen Challenge Ranch of NW Arkansas and will integrate evidence\-based clinical care with Christ centered discipleship and experiential therapies.
    <\/p>

    The Executive Director will oversee the startup phase, operational readiness, staff recruitment, program implementation, and long\-term program success of the Military Specialization Center.
    <\/p>

    This role requires a leader who can combine mission\-driven ministry leadership with operational excellence, ensuring the program effectively serves those who serve our nation.

      Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

      Startup & Program Launch Leadership
      <\/p>

      • Lead the planning, development, and launch of the Military Specialization Center
        <\/li>
      • Oversee Design and Remodeling of current facilities
        <\/li>
      • Fundraising\-including donor development, marketing, and grants
        <\/li>
      • Assist in developing the program structure, policies, and operational framework
        <\/li>
      • Work with leadership to establish licensing, regulatory, and accreditation readiness
        <\/li>
      • Develop operational systems necessary for successful program startup
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Program Operations
        <\/p>

        • Oversee the daily operations of the Military Specialization Center
          <\/li>
        • Ensure the program maintains high standards of safety, compliance, and clinical quality
          <\/li>
        • Maintain strong coordination with TCAR leadership and shared services
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Staff Recruitment & Leadership
          <\/p>

          • Recruit and develop a high\-quality multidisciplinary team
            <\/li>
          • Oversee hiring of key program staff including: Clinical staff, Direct care staff, Program coordinators, Support personnel
            <\/li>
          • Foster a mission\-driven, Christ\-centered staff culture
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Military Culture & Program Alignment
            <\/p>

            • Ensure the program is designed to effectively serve active\-duty military servicemen
              <\/li>
            • Build relationships with: Military chaplains, Military family support organizations, Active, Veteran and service\-member support groups
              <\/li>
            • Promote a culture of honor, brotherhood, accountability, and restoration
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Strategic Partnerships
              <\/p>

              • Work with development staff to build relationships with: Military support organizations, Local businesses, Veteran foundations, Churches and philanthropic partners
                <\/li>
              • Represent the program in community and national partnerships supporting military members.
                <\/li><\/ul>

                Program Quality & Outcomes
                <\/p>

                • Ensure the program delivers measurable outcomes in: recovery, mental health stabilization and spiritual growth
                  <\/li>
                • Monitor program metrics including: census, treatment outcomes, client satisfaction and staff retention
                  <\/li><\/ul>

                  Financial & Operational Stewardship
                  <\/p>

                  • Work with the TCAR CFO and COO to ensure responsible financial stewardship
                    <\/li>
                  • Monitor program budgets and operational costs
                    <\/li>
                  • Support long\-term financial sustainability of the program
                    <\/li><\/ul>

                    Qualifications:<\/b>
                    <\/p>

                    \-Bachelor\u2019s degree required (master's preferred) in:
                    <\/p>

                    • Healthcare Administration
                      <\/li>
                    • Behavioral Health
                      <\/li>
                    • Nonprofit Leadership
                      <\/li>
                    • Business Administration
                      <\/li>
                    • or related field
                      <\/li><\/ul>

                      \-Must be a Veteran.<\/b>

                      \-Ministers Credentials and experience in leading discipleship programs.<\/b>
                      <\/p>

                      \-5\u201310 years of leadership experience in one or more of the following:

                        Preferred:
