This is not a traditional childcare director role.

We are seeking a strong, driven, and entrepreneurial leader to help build and lead a growing childcare program with the long-term potential for ownership opportunities for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare center

  • Build and support a strong team culture

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead staff

  • Ensure licensing compliance and program quality

  • Support enrollment growth and family relationships

  • Develop systems, routines, and operational structure

  • Create a positive, organized, and professional environment

  • Collaborate with ownership on long-term goals and vision

Qualifications

  • Previous childcare leadership experience required

  • Director qualifications per Wisconsin licensing standards

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience leading teams and managing operations

  • Ability to build relationships with families and staff

  • Entrepreneurial mindset strongly preferred

💰 Compensation

Salary based on experience and qualifications but will vary between $22-$29 an hour

Additional compensation and growth opportunities may develop as the program grows.
